Flavor Over Fire

Piqualé was born when the founder’s quest for the perfect hot sauce took him from the Americas to Europe and Asia. From Brazilian Barbeque Sauces to the Mojo’s from Spain to Japan’s Yuzu Pepper Sauces, many great sauces were found, but none were perfect for every day. We started with idea that you can add flavor and heat to a dish without paying for it the next day. Founded in 2019 in the small but wonderful State of Delaware, two levels of heat from two different combinations of peppers are the beginning of the Piqualé family of sauces and condiments. Our original sauce is made from fresh mangos and spicy Scotch Bonnet peppers with a touch of vinegar, a sauce we use on virtually everything.
