Piqualé Beyond Sausage Stuffing

Whether you call it dressing, or as we do around here, Stuffing, this savory blend of bread, sausage, herbs and spices is a mainstay on every Holiday table. We used Beyond Sausage breakfast patties to add texture and protein, making this side dish a meal in itself.

Piqualé Beyond Sausage Stuffing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 8oz Bag Organic Stuffing Mix

  • 1 Box (6 patties) Beyond Sausage breakfast patties

  • 1 - 1.5 Cup Vegetable stock

  • 1 box (13.5oz) Vegan Mushroom Gravy (We used Imagine brand)

  • 1 Yellow onion, diced

  • 1 Tbs Piqualé Original Sauce

  • 1 Tbs Melt Vegan Butter

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Dice yellow onion and sauté with butter on low flame until translucent.

  2. Add Beyond Sausage patties and crumble them with a spatula.

  3. Once the onion, butter and sausage mixture is fully cooked, add the bag of stuffing mix to the pan and mix thoroughly.

  4. Add entire box of Vegan mushroom gravy.

  5. Add in broth, about 1/2 cup at a time, stirring gently.

  6. Once stock is absorbed, place in a casserole dish.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

  8. Remove from the oven and serve.
