Vegan Bánh mì

One of our all time favorite sandwiches is the Bánh mì, a traditional Vietnamese delicacy. Bánh mì actually translates to Bread (Bánh) and Wheat (mì), and refers to the type of baguette like roll it is traditionally served on. We could not find the authentic version, so we went with a French Baguette.

For our version, we’ve swapped out the meat for Tofu and included vegan mayo. Aside from that we’ve tried to keep it simple and traditional, making this a quick meal to put together.
