Vegan Remoulade Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup of Vegan Mayonnaise
2 Tbs Whole Grain Mustard
1 Tbs Organic Ketchup
1 Small Garlic Clove, minced
2 Tbs Fresh Horseradish
1 Tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Capers, minced
1 Scallion, chopped
2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tbs Piqualé Orignal Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Put sauce in a container and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Use to top Crab Cakes, Stuffed Jalapeños, or anything you like!
