Vegan Remoulade Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup of Vegan Mayonnaise

  • 2 Tbs Whole Grain Mustard

  • 1 Tbs Organic Ketchup

  • 1 Small Garlic Clove, minced

  • 2 Tbs Fresh Horseradish

  • 1 Tbs Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Cup Capers, minced

  • 1 Scallion, chopped

  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 Tbs Piqualé Orignal Sauce

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

  2. Put sauce in a container and refrigerate for at least an hour.

  3. Use to top Crab Cakes, Stuffed Jalapeños, or anything you like!
